This Policy applies to:

- End customers of our clients, to the limited extent we process their information on a client’s behalf (for example, review requests, missed-call texts, or referral messages sent through systems we operate).
When we process end-customer data solely to deliver Services to a client, we generally act as a service provider / processor. The client remains the business that decides why that data is collected.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information you provide
We collect information you choose to give us, including through the “Book Your Demo Call” form and other contact methods:
- Identifiers and contact data: first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number.
- Business information: trade / industry, current monthly revenue range, notes about bottlenecks or goals.
- Communications: emails, texts, call notes, and messages you send us.
- Billing information if you become a client (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the website, we and our hosting or analytics providers may collect:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, date/time, and approximate location derived from IP.

3.3 Information from clients and service delivery
If you are a client, we may receive or process:
- Business profile and branding assets needed to build your site and campaigns.

- End-customer names, phone numbers, and emails that you upload or that are captured through forms, missed-call text-back, booking, review, or referral tools we operate for you.
3.4 Information we do not intentionally collect
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, or information about children under 16. Please do not submit that type of data through our forms.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:

5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to:
- Service providers that help us operate the business (website hosting, form processing, email/SMS, scheduling, payment processing, analytics, cloud storage). They may use data only to perform services for us.
- Platforms you ask us to connect (for example Google, review sites, SMS/telephony providers, CRM tools).
- Professional advisors (accountants, lawyers) under confidentiality.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- A buyer or successor if we are involved in a merger, sale, or similar transaction.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising unless we update this Policy and provide any required opt-out.
6. SMS, Calls, and Email
If you provide a phone number or email, we may contact you about your inquiry or account by call, text, or email. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts, or email dawson@revnurture.com to unsubscribe from marketing emails. Transactional and service messages related to an existing request or account may still be sent where allowed.
Clients who use our missed-call text-back, review, or referral tools are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact their own customers (including TCPA consent where required) and for honoring opt-outs.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We may use essential cookies so the site works, and optional analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site function.
8. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Demo-form leads are typically retained while we are communicating with you and for a reasonable follow-up period unless you ask us to delete them. Client account data is retained for the life of the account and a limited period afterward.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use unique passwords for any client portals and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
